At SpiceFusion, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, fresh, and preservative-free spices. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged during transit.
The product is expired or defective at the time of delivery.
Important Notes:
Returns are not accepted for opened or used products.
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Proof of issue (unboxing video, photos of damage/defect) is mandatory for processing.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return or replacement:
Email us at info@spicefusion.in within 3 days of receiving your order.
Mention your Order ID, a brief reason for return, and attach photo/video evidence of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
If approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup (where applicable) or guide you through the next steps.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following scenarios:
Order was cancelled before shipping.
The returned item was approved and received in original, unused condition.
We are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Method:
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Bank Transfer) within 5–7 business days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used spice packs
Products purchased under special discounts or clearance sales
Orders where the customer fails to report an issue within the eligible return window
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. To cancel an order, email us immediately at info@spicefusion.in with your Order ID. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
