2. Non-Returnable Items

RTO (Return to Origin) Refund Clause
In cases where an order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) due to non-delivery or refusal by the customer:
- Refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the product is received back at our warehouse.
- Shipping and handling charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
